Pricing is per active user. You can create multiple tenants and workspaces inside the same deployment; only users who can log in and track time are counted.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between paid plans at any time. Changes are prorated based on your billing period.
When you first install uClock, your workspace can enable a 14-day trial of the Team or Business plan. After the trial, you can continue on Free or pick a paid plan.

uClock runs entirely on your own infrastructure. Your license key controls which features and user counts are enabled. Licenses are managed centrally from your uClock account and can be moved between servers if needed.
